Safari Bookings & Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total safari tour cost is required for all ` safari bookings’ on confirmation of services. The balance to be settled before or at the beginning of safari. However, you may also want to pay the full payment required for your Kenya safari trip. Reservations are subjected to cancellation if the balance is not paid before commencement of the tour. A deposit of 40% of the total trip is required for all Tanzania safaris, and Kenya safaris to Tanzania on the safari booking confirmation. The balance to be settled before or at the beginning of the Tanzania safari trip. We will also accept and receive all the safari payments if you wish to settle it in full.
Safari Tour Cost | Tour Price
Safari tour cost includes all expenses in respect of the tour; vehicles and drivers as per the tour programme. Entrance fees to the national parks and meals while on safari are included unless otherwise advised. Accommodation |Safari Lodges | Safari Camps | Game Lodges & Hotel This is based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. Single rooms are available at an additional cost.
Liability
The company and it’s agents act only as tour agents of the passenger in all matters related to hotels and game lodges accommodation, tours, transport etc, and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services. All participants are advised to take out an insurance policy to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of your baggage.
Kenya Safari Cancellation Policy
All safari tour cancellations must be received in writing. Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. The following is the scale for cancellation charges for number of days and the percentage forfeited of safari tour price; 35% if cancelled between 45 and 35 days prior to arrival 50% if cancelled between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival. 100% if cancelled 14 days and 24 hours prior to arrival
