Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara

You will be picked up by your safari driver/guide from your Hotel in Arusha to drive to Lake Manyara National Park with lunch boxes. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. Many game animals such as elephants, giraffes, baboons, zebras and buffalo. As you enter the gate, you pass into the lush forest, home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. Buffalo and hippo lurch into the adjacent hippo pool. The vegetation eventually merges into flat topped acacia woodland where, in the heat of the day, entire prides of lion can be seen stretched on the branches of these trees, lunch in the Park then continue with game drive till later drive to African Sunrise or Olea Farm Lodge for dinner and overnight. FB.

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti.

After breakfast we will depart for the Serengeti National Park. The route we travel happens to pass the crater rim – there is a small prospect of spotting some game. The Serengeti is currently categorized as one of the seven natural wonders of Africa. We will stop for an enticing picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping). After lunch your game drive will venture further into the central Serengeti to complete the tour for the day. Dinner and overnight either at Embalakai or Domel wilderness camps.

Day 3: Serengeti.

After breakfast you leave the Lodge for your full day game drive with Lunch in the Park. It is possible to view all the big five while on a Serengeti safari. Animals can be seen in very large herds, especially wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other antelopes. The park is one of the largest in the world; its animal concentration and abundance is unequalled. The annual migration of wildebeest and zebra occurs in this park in [may-June] in the park’s central plains where there are carnivores like lions, leopards, hyenas and cheetahs, then later drive back to your Lodge/ Camp for dinner/Overnight. Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro.

After breakfast, Morning game drive in the Serengeti national park till noon, then later continue to Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge on the rim of the Crater for your dinner/Overnight.  FB.

Day 5: Ngorongoro – Tarangire

We will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning after breakfast as it is a wonderful time to spot games. We will go on a game drive with a picnic lunch inside the crater. Majority of the animals tend to reside within the crater due to its elevated structure. There is a high possibility of spotting every member of ‘The Big 5’. The group comprises some of the strongest animals in Africa – the ferocious lion, the giant elephant, the swift leopard, the tough rhino and the charging buffalo. The Crater was formed millions of years ago when a large volcano erupted. You can expect to encounter zebras, hippo, wildebeest and cackling hyenas. There are graceful flamingos along the Soda Lake and vultures are constantly circling the sky in search of discarded carcasses. Storks and geese are popular water birds in the crater, after lunch you will proceed with game en-route to Tarangire n, park for dinner and overnight at Tarangire safari lodge.
